Questions, answered

Every plan includes message credits: 100 on Starter, 375 on Pro, 750 on Studio, 1,750 on Business, per month. An email costs 1 credit, a WhatsApp 5, an SMS 30, because an SMS costs us about seven times a WhatsApp. In practice Pro gives 75 WhatsApp reminders a month, or 12 SMS, or a mix. If you pay yearly you get nothing month by month: the whole year is credited on the day you subscribe, so 9,000 credits for a year of Studio, and you spend them at your own pace. Either way, once the credits are gone reminders keep going by email, free of charge, and you can top up whenever you want: 1,700 credits for 50 €, 4,800 for 135 €, 9,300 for 250 €, 38,800 for 1,000 €. Topped-up credits do not expire, and your gauge is on the Notifications page.
