Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how Let's Meet refunds subscription fees and other charges. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service.

1. Subscription refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. As a general rule, fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. EU consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal after first signing up to a paid plan, provided the service has not yet been substantially used (no paid bookings processed, no premium feature actively in production).

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund within an eligible window, send an email with the following details:

  • Email hello@letsbegeek.com with the subject "Refund request".
  • Include the account email, the invoice number, and the reason for the request.
  • We review eligible requests within 5 business days and issue approved refunds to the original payment method via Stripe.

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically credited back to your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Bank wire refunds may take longer.

4. Exclusions and host payouts

Refunds do not cover Stripe processing fees, custom domain charges paid to third parties, or one-off services already delivered. Payments collected by hosts from their own invitees via Stripe Connect are governed by each host's own cancellation policy; Let's Meet only facilitates the transaction.
