Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Let's Meet, including the website, hosted booking pages, embeddable widgets, and APIs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Let's Meet is a service operated by SISIBO SComm (BCE 0713.935.737), trading as Let's Be Geek (LBG), with registered office at Avenue de la Rosee 12, 1640 Sint-Genesius-Rode, Belgium.

1. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Let's Meet. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send spam, harass invitees, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform, including bulk unsolicited outreach, fraudulent payments, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.

3. Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in our refund policy. Changing plans mid-cycle results in prorated charges. Taxes are added where applicable.

4. Intellectual property

Let's Meet, its source code, design system, brand and documentation remain the exclusive property of SISIBO SComm. You retain ownership of content you upload (booking page text, logos, theme assets) and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display it solely to operate the service for you.

5. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity. On termination we delete your data subject to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
